No. ADRailUSA™ uses a patented adhesive film that safely adheres to existing escalator handrails. We will perform a complete inspection prior to installation. ADRail™ film can be customized to fit any consumer handrail specifications and is easily removed with no damage to the handrails and thoroughly cleaned before installation and after removal using an all-natural green cleaner.

Would the escalator or moving walk need to be disassembled to install ADRail™?
No. ADRail™ is applied using a patented applicator. The application process does not require the equipment to be disassembled. On average, an ADRail™ installation is completed within an hour.

What is the installation and removal process for ADRail™ film?
Our process is non-permanent and will not damage the handrail. The average installation requires an hour with one technician. Both, the installation and removal process are quick with no messy clean up.

Will ADRail™ film damage my handrails?
